MRS. DEBI PENCE (with husband Mitch) Children's Ministry Director Debi Pence is running the Children's Ministries at VHCN. She comes from Wichita, KS and holds a degree in Education from MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU) and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from UMKC with concentrated study in early childhood. She has been married to Mitchell for 30 years and has two grown sons. Dustin married Krystal in 2005 and they are expecting their first child in 2009. Their youngest son Matthew, also lives in Olathe and teaches for the Olathe School District. Living in Kansas City, MO she teaches within the Park Hill School District full-time. She travels with her husband in the little time they have available. She has been involved within the Children’s Ministries for close to 30 years and is still going strong. She and her team do an awesome job working with the children of VHCN. |
