Our Core Beliefs
There is one God, who has revealed himself in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
The Holy Scriptures are given in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible, containing all truth necessary to faith in God and following Jesus Christ in holy living.
People are born with a self-centered nature, and are, therefore, inclined to live for themselves rather than God. This is the very essence of sin and results in self-centered acts that separate them from God. Reconciliation between God and humankind has been provided for through the substitutionary death of Jesus Christ.
Whoever turns away from their sin and turns to God in faith, believing that Christ died in their place, are made right with God. Their acts of sin have been forgiven and they are spiritually born and experience a personal relationship with God.
Believers who consecrate (dedicate) their lives fully to God and trust in him to cleanse them from the nature of sin are given freedom from the control of sin over their lives.
The Holy Spirit gives witness to our spirit of the spiritual birth in our lives and also when we are cleansed from the sinful nature.
Jesus Christ will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment on the world will take place.
